We hope
we can make the shopping experience an easy and pleasant one for you. We
are not an online only shop, we have been open since July 2000, so we
are used to all customer requests, and we will try to make each shopping
experience personal.
Payments
can be by Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. We also
accept bank wire transfers.
We will
ship your order within 24 hours on the following working day upon
receipt of payment. For shipping and handling, Regular Swiss Postal
charges are 55 Swiss Francs. If you would prefer us to ship UPS, the
regular UPS rates will apply for your country. Depending on your
location, you might incur duties and tax charges upon receiving the
goods.
Please make sure that we have the correct shipping address and a phone
number. Shipments must go to the billing address of your credit card and
someone must be available to sign for delivery
The
following are our return policies:
Returns and exchanges are accepted on full priced merchandise received
within 10 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or
washed, and with all tags attached. SEPTIEME ETAGE needs to be notified
of the return arriving. Items need to be returned in the original
packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit
card or SEPTIEME ETAGE account and will exclude shipping costs
(with the exception of faulty items) once the item has arrived at
SEPTIEME ETAGE. Please note, due to the varying processing times
of individual issuers, card refunds may take up to ten days to appear in
your account.
For shipments outside of Switzerland, customs duties and sales taxes are
non-refundable through SEPTIEME ETAGE. However, you may be able to
recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from SEPTIEME ETAGE, you are
responsible for the original shipping charges to you that are incurred
on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost
of returning the package to SEPTIEME ETAGE. This amount will be
subtracted from your merchandise refund. If you make special
arrangements or alter the original shipping date on your own through any
carrier you run the risk of being unable to return the merchandise for a
full refund.

Most of our staff speak both English and French, if you would like
someone to speak to in German you can leave your number and we will call
you back as soon as possible. If we are very busy helping customers on
the floor we will also take your phone number to call you back at a time
that is good for you so we can take our time to help you.
